The 65th Annual Niagara Wine Festival is on its way. Every year, you can experience the best the region has to offer in wine and food with over 100 unique events. There will be cellar door experiences, concerts, local food, parades, and, of course, plenty of wine. Come down to the festival at Montebello Park in downtown St. Catharines from September 10 to September 25.
According to the Niagara Wine Festival website, this two-week celebration is designed to showcase the best regional cuisines and wines. There are over 40 wineries from across the Niagara region that are participating this year, 23 of which are award-winning. Entry to the hub of the festival at Montebello Park is free, and tokens can be purchased for $3.25 each.
Want to listen to some live music? There will be a Beatles Tribute band, as well as the Caverners, New Country Band, Cold Creek County, and more. You can stand at centre stage or buy a VIP pass to have access to the VIP Lounge.
Events include the annual awards ceremony to recognize the best grapes and wine in the area. There will be a Mayor’s Invitational Grape Stomp, an “Educate Your Sense” seminar, cheese pairings, and more. You don’t want to miss the upcoming Niagara Wine Festival. Stop by Montebello Park from September 10 through September 25 for a good time.
